Speaker Biography: Gert Jan Hofstede is the son of Geert Hofstede, a cross-cultural management master. Graduating from Wageningen University in Netherland, he earned a degree in population biology and a doctor's degree in operational managment. He is now an associate professor at College of Social Sciences, Wageningen University. He authored Exploring Culture: Exercises, Stories and Synthetic Cultures, Cultures and Organizations: Software of the Mind and so on. Gert Jan is a much-demanded speaker in business and academia across the world.
